3 bags angel hair cabbage, 5 chopped green onions, 1/2 cup Craisins, 1 chopped yellow pepper, 2 packages Ramen noodles (discard the seasoning pack), 3/4 cup slivered almonds, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1/3 cup butter.
Toss cabbage, onions, Craisins, and yellow pepper together in a large bowl. In skillet saute the sesame seeds and Ramen noodles in butter until slightly brown.
Cool and toss with cabbage mixture and dressing just before serving.
Dressing: 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar. Shake well.
Variation: add 2 cups of cubed cooked chicken. Tyson prepared grilled chicken in the meat section of the grocery store is easy and delicious.
