Christmas Moments: 50 Inspirational Stories of the True Meaning of Christmas
Yvonne Lehman, compiler
Grace Publishing, 2014

One of my joys during the holidays is reading Christmas stories. There’s nothing like sitting beside the twinkling Christmas tree, sipping a cup of hot chocolate, and savoring an old favorite Christmas book or sampling a new one.

If you’re looking for a fresh Christmas book filled with heartwarming memories, Christmas Moments may be just the book for you or a friend. Compiled by Yvonne Lehman, it includes 50 stories from 34 Christian authors. Some stories may make you laugh; others might make you cry. But all focus on the real meaning of Christmas.

You’re likely to find pieces from both new and familiar authors in this collection. Gigi Graham, Billy Graham’s daughter, wrote a story about Bethlehem. Fiction author, Colleen Reece, shares her experience of never being cast as an angel in the Christmas pageant. And I contributed several stories, along with our family’s fruitcake recipe.

Royalties from the sale of Christmas Moments will be donated to Samaritan’s Purse. This nondenominational Christian organization gives spiritual and physical aid to needy people around the world.

Christmas Moments is the second in a series titled Divine Moments with more books expected to release in the series. It’s available online through: barnesandnoble.com, amazon.comgrace-publishing.com.
