Strawberry Pretzel Salad

First layer: 2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels, 3/4 cup melted butter, 3 tablespoons sugar

Mix ingredients, place in a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ casserole dish. Bake 8 minutes. Remove to cool.

Second layer: 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip, 1 cup sugar

Beat sugar into cream cheese. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzels.

Third layer: 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry gelatin, 2 cups boiling water, 1 (10 ounce) box frozen strawberries.

Mix gelatin, boiling water and strawberries together and set aside for 10 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture; chill thoroughly.
