When my husband and I decided to give our diet a complete overhaul, I had to start being creative with finding recipes that were not only healthy, but tasted good. I never liked banana bread, but this recipe definitely proved me wrong. It’s gluten free as well as refined sugar free. My favorite way to enjoy it is warm and topped off with homemade almond butter. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a dessert. Whenever you have extra bananas going bad, make an extra batch to freeze for later.
