Nacho Stack-Up

Nacho Stack-Up is a great fast mid-week dinner. Save clean-up time by serving on paper plates!

A plate filled with Nacho Stack-Up.
1 lb of ground beef browned
1 package of taco seasoning
1/4 head of lettuce shredded
1 tomato diced
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can refried beans
1 can black beans
1 jar salsa
1 jar jalapenos
8 oz. sour cream
guacamole
1 bag Tortilla chips
Heat ground beef and prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package.

Browning ground beef in an iron skillet with taco seasoning.

Set up a buffet using other ingredients. To add a little spice to refried beans, add a tablespoon of taco seasoning. Serve and enjoy!
