Dr. Bunting acknowledges that difficult times come in the lives of women who follow God’s plan. But Jesus not only forgives our sins, He also helps us through those difficult challenges. With biblical wisdom, the writer shares how God desires for us to achieve contentment and fulfillment in each season of our lives. Dr. Bunting reminds the reader that the greatest joy comes as we walk in intimate relationship with God. She also encourages the reader to value the relationships God has placed in her life. She closes her book by addressing the calling placed on a woman’s life.
I was very encouraged by the time given to addressing the challenges that single women and widows face. I have friends who fall into both these categories, but these areas are rarely addressed from a biblical view. I will be giving this book to my friends because I believe it will encourage them to stay faithful right where God has them. And it will remind them that God has not forgotten them nor their circumstances. The book will challenge them to stay pure and holy though the world around them is pushing them in a much different direction.
Daddy’s Delight: Embracing Your Divine Design will be a blessing for you and the other women in your life.
