Caramel Dip

Unwrap one bag of caramels and place in a microwaveable dish.
2 Tablespoons Evaporated milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Place caramels, milk, and cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl.  Microwave in one minute intervals stirring after each minute until smooth.  The cream cheese will make it softer and stay dippable longer.  Can be reheated as needed.

Dip apples into warm caramel dip then roll or dip in toppings of your choice.  Since your apple is already sliced you can choose multiple toppings!
