Need Refreshment?

Your words were found, and I ate them,

And Your word was to me the joy

      and rejoicing of my heart;

               For I am called by Your name,

 O LORD God of hosts.  Jeremiah 15:16

. . . Partake of His Word.

Read Psalm 119.

 Gracious Heavenly Father, how grateful I am for Your Word.  When I open my Bible, Your Word always speaks to me and it brings life, hope and joy to my soul.  Please help me never to take it for granted.  As I read through Psalm 119, through the power of the Holy Spirit, help me to pray the Scriptures which will bring refreshment to my heart today.  Instruct and show me my sin.  What a glorious privilege it is to know I am called by Your name.  I praise You, in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
