I am excited about our family’s Christmas benevolence project! My husband recently purchased $150.00 worth of gift cards from the local supermarket (starting with $5 and increasing incrementally to a maximum of $20 per card). He took the gift cards to church and gave them to the church secretary to give them out to needy people who stop by asking for food.

I thought this was such a great idea that I shared it with my co-workers. My company is doing a homeless project, and they will be purchasing blankets and gift cards to pass out.

Share this idea with your friends and relatives and see how many people will be blessed by your kindness.
