Kale Chips

I’ve been hearing a lot about kale as a marvelous snack food lately. At a $1.69 a bunch, they are much cheaper than a bag of potato chips these days.  Health wise, kale is a super veggie filled with vitamins A, C, and K, a great source of minerals, and antioxidants.
