Peppermint bark is a family favorite and so easy to make!

You’ll need:
1 package white chocolate
1 package candy canes
Waxed paper

Directions:
Melt the white chocolate slowly in a double boiler or in the microwave, taking care not to scorch it. Grind candy canes in the food processor to a fine dust. Stir ground candy canes into the white chocolate until well combined. Pour onto wax-paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for an hour or until set. Break into pieces. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
