I just might try those for next week's home group meeting. Thanks! Yesterday I made our favourite pumpkin treat, and I'll leave the recipe here. You can also find it in Company's Coming Muffins and More.

HARVEST LOAF
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin (or cooked fresh and pureed)
2 cups flour (white or whole wheat - your choice)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat until smooth and add pumpkin.
Mix dry ingredients and add it to the butter mixture. Stir until just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until it tests done. Cool for 10 minutes then turn out loaf to cool on a rack.
Freezes well!
